Why JAFTA / DEOPR Caring Facility ?

Retired Police Captain Hennie Els took control over the Johannesburg Association For The Aged (JAFTA) in 2021 when it became unable to fund itself.

Hennie operates The Directorate Enforcing Older Peoples Rights (DEOPR) which actively engages where Senior Citizens are abused or denied their basic rights, DEOPR took control and re-homed the pensioners back into the facility.

Today, JAFTA is a well recovered, and solid retirement home and Frail Care Facility.

Listed as one of the three organisations to be supported by Radio Today in our Constitution drawn by Peter Lotis and Bob Courtney in 1996.
