I made my debut on Radio 3 at the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation. The show aired on a Sunday evening competing with Dallas on the local TV station. I remember being told that my listenership would be rather limited as the country used to come to a grinding halt, with viewers glued to their TV sets. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a good following. I am very passionate about being able to play good rock music In May 2016 I joined LM Radio where I presented the Early Breakfast Show on a Friday and also two more shows, on Saturday morning and early evening. I left LM Radio in March 2017.
I had a life of travel , twenty five years in aviation from bush flying to corporate to airline where I retired as a Captain. Then twenty five years as a tour operator and national guide on wildlife safaris around Southern Africa . Saw Southern Africa from the skies and then on the ground . Now happily retired on the East Coast with my Companion Mr Comet .

Tattoos are a powerful form of self-expression, but they also represent lifelong chemical exposure. Growing research highlights important unanswered questions about toxicity, immune effects and long-term health. Tattoos are generally considered safe, but growing scientific evidence suggests tattoo inks are not biologically inert. The key question is no longer whether tattoos introduce foreign substances into the body, but how toxic those substances might be and what that means for long-term […]
These ‘little trees’ are indeed part of the cruciferous family and known for its health benefits. Other veggies in this group include cauliflower, kale, spinach, Brussel sprouts and more. Broccoli is an excellent source of fibre, potassium, calcium and iron as well as vitamins A, C, K and B. Another reason why broccoli is considered a healthy ingredient, is the fact that it is low in kilojoules, but has the […]
