SEVERE WEATHER ALERTS:

IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:
A. Yellow Level 4 Warning: Severe Thunderstorms causing heavy downpours, lightning, hail and damaging winds that may result in flooding of susceptible settlements (formal/informal), property, vehicles, livelihoods and livestock, as well as damage to infrastructure, are expected over the eastern parts of Free State, northern parts of KwaZulu-Natal, and the escarpment areas of Mpumalanga.
B. Yellow Level 2 Warning: Severe Thunderstorms causing heavy downpours, lightning, hail, and damaging winds that may result in localised flooding of and damage to susceptible settlements and infrastructure, can be expected in place in North West (except for the extreme west), western parts of Free State, Gauteng, Mpumalanga Highveld (except the extreme north-west), and the the southern parts of KwaZulu-Natal.
